President and Sister Taggart met at BYU and moved to California following graduation. There President Taggart began his full-time employment in the BYU California Center for Continuing Education (then located in Garden Grove) and two of their sons were born within the current mission boundaries. They are grateful for the opportunity to return and serve in the California Anaheim Mission.
